Registration for the Great Aloha Run Clinic is Now Open

We will meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings 5:30-6:30pm. Conveniently located at Kaka’ako Waterfront Park near Ala Moana Blvd. and Cooke St.

This 7 week clinic will help runners and walkers, regardless of previous experience, prepare for the 8 mile run from the Aloha Tower to Aloha Stadium. Held each year on President’s Day in February,  the Great Aloha Run is the second largest running event on Oahu (behind the Honolulu Marathon).

Cost for the clinic is $99. Company discounts available at $75. Please call David to see if your company is eligible.

Training begins December for the GAR

GAR Run Clinic: 7 weeks (January – February 20)

Clinic Dates: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:30pm @ Kakaako Waterfront Park

• January 2, 4, 6, 9, 11, 13, 16, 18, 20, 23, 25, 27, 30
• February 1, 3, 6, 8, 10, 13, 15, 17

Great Aloha Run: February 20, 2012 @ 7am.

Cost: Full Clinic (21 sessions) $99, Drop-in rate $5 per session

Your goal: finishing the 8.15 mile run inside of Aloha Stadium
